Legal Intern, Singapore

ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • We are looking for an individual who is dynamic and thrives in VUCA environments. The candidate will ideally be someone who is capable of independent thinking and is comfortable with finding solutions in unknown situations. Through the internship, the intern will emerge stronger and gain confidence as a lawyer.

  • Reporting to the Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will get hands-on experience as an in-house counsel and have the opportunity to be autonomous and take ownership of his or her work. 

  • S/ he will be supporting and working closely with the Legal Counsel on day-to-day affairs and special projects.

  • This is a group level role based in Singapore

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • BAU legal work: Contract reviews, general legal advice, assist in negotiations, conduct legal research.

  • Development of legal function: Policy development, creation of processes, legal education.

  • Special projects: Work closely with Legal Counsel to project manage and/or assist in planning and execution of special projects.
