Job Description

  • Perform day-to-day administration, operating, maintaining and monitoring of highly available secure infrastructure systems
  • Participate in projects for system build, refresh and migration of infrastructure systems and/or end-user computing terminals
  • Perform system preventive maintenance and conduct routine hardware and software audits of infrastructure systems to ensure compliance with established standards, guidelines and policies
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive hardware and software configuration database and library of supporting documentation; and revise procedures to seek improvement
  • Perform technical evaluation and keep abreast with latest technologies
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve systems faults and failures in the data centre and/or end user computing terminals


  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Prior experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an added advantage:
    • Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
    • System virtualisation technologies
    • Storage and data protection services
    • LAN, WAN network technologies or network management
    • Mobile technologies
    • End-user device provisioning e.g. PCs or printers
  • Good communication skills, organisation skills and systematic problem solving skills
  • Able to work with the team or independently with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
