Job Description

  • Process Silver Support appeals within the service standards set
  • Handle correspondences and enquiries from customers
  •  Liaise with internal departments and other govt agencies on day-to-day operations
  • Provide support on reviews/enhancements of scheme and processes
  • Perform system testing for system development
