Job Description:

You will assist the Clarke Quay Leasing team with their day-to-day operations and provide support for the ongoing Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) and in the closing phase, as well as in the re-opening and tenant business commencement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the intended trade mix, including conducting market research and performing data collection
• Perform cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries
• Assist with leasing administrative work such as preparing presentation slides, and doing data entries and analysis in Excel
• Assist with ad-hoc leasing matters with the ongoing AEI works

Requirements:

• Preferred studies in Real Estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Basic Real Estate knowledge
• Good numerical skills
• Keen interest in the Food and Beverage, Retail, or Entertainment industry
