Executive/Senior Executive, Investor Relations

The Job

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will support the team in establishing good rapport with the investor community as well as creating awareness and understanding about CapitaLand Investment’s current business landscape, operations, and future development plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in investor analysis, research of stock market and stock performance
  • Prepare various communication materials on the company’s financial performance, business operations, market trends, competitor comparisons as well as shareholder register analysis
  • Support regular deliverables such as quarterly financial report, annual report and stock market analyses and financial marketing collaterals in a timely manner
  • Work with various departments, corporate functions and other IR teams within the group to ensure coordinated programs and messaging are delivered to target audiences
  • Participate in the ideation of events, marketing materials and coordinate the production/planning process with different internal and external partners
  • Support various initiatives in fostering relationships and engaging the investor community
  • Handle requests relating to property tours, events or management meetings

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Work experience in a global fund house, real estate related sectors would be a plus (Entry level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with investment concepts, financial modeling techniques, valuation methods and use of Bloomberg Terminal is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills
  • Creative and has an eye for detail
