The Job:

You will be supporting the Investor Relations team at CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited (CLCTML) and report to Senior Manager, Investor Relations. Working at CapitaLand provides you the opportunity to work alongside a vastly talented international workforce, while you gain access to skills and development programmes aimed to promote continual learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual report
  • For quarterly reporting, facilitate the meeting with management and prepare the necessary documents
  • Work closely with internal team to analyse information and data; and provide key insights in relation to the key operating metric and financials
  • Work closely with internal team to conceptualise the key messages to stakeholders; and provide information for queries by investors/analysts
  • Review press releases relating to quarterly results and other adhoc announcements
  • Conduct research and analyse the economy, retail trends, peer’s comparison and retail real estate market 
  • Review all publications which feature CLCT and/or its portfolio of properties
  • Provide administrative support and support ad-hoc projects

Technical Skills and Competencies:

  • Gain experience in understanding the form and content of financial communications  
  • Learn to craft key messages to articulate growth strategy and business model of the REIT
  • Learn to monitor performance and result oriented metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Accounting and/or Finance
  • Highly numerate with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools
  • Able to use Bloomberg system
  • Meticulous, resourceful with good problem-solving abilities
  • Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player, self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria for SGUP
All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
