The Global Monetization Integrity team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks relating to issues involving Ads and commerce and to enable advertiser quality on our platform.
 

Responsibilities

1. Drive quantitative analysis projects from start to finish regarding ad integrity issues by developing BI metrics and analytical frameworks and all aspects of data analysis, and distill the complex results into clear and concise insights;
2. Deliver data support for long term business development plan from both strategic scope and execution aspects with in-depth business analysis, industry studies, and market trends;
3. Design and establish indicator systems for ad integrity of the platform, monitor and optimize risk coverage in each link, measure the performance of ad integrity strategies and facilitate the implementation of the analysis.
 

Qualifications

1. Final year or recent graduate with a background in Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields;
2. Experience doing quantitative analysis;
3. Expert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL;
4. Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau);
5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
