The successful candidate in the Global Client Commission Management Team will be responsible for managing the soft dollar and commission sharing arrangement for the banks APAC clients in the equities business


  • Manage Global Priority Clients soft dollar statements and payments
  • Resolve internal and external client issues for soft dollar statements and payments
  • Ensure the accurate capture of trades, balances and payments for the monthly statements
  • Reconcile and maintain client soft dollar statements
  • Liaise with internal payment teams to ensure timely vendor payments
  • Perform issuance of invoices for research services
  • Partner with front office to resolve client-related queries
  • Participate in UAT for system enhancements on local and global initiatives


  • Degree/Diploma in Banking/Finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • The ideal candidate should preferably have 1-2 years of experience in a financial environment, and some basic knowledge of financial products and equity instruments will be an advantage
