Job Responsibilities:

• Develop proposals for current and prospective clients

• Perform in-depth client, industry, market, and competitor research

• Perform due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions

• Perform and provide valuation analysis across various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory

• Develop appropriate financial models and document findings in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Finance or Engineering

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

• Strong written/ verbal communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to details

• Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
