Intern, Software Engineer [PSET - Strategic Technologies]
Position Overview:
As a software development engineering intern, you will join Autodesk Localization team responsible for empowering global customers by delivering quality localized solutions. You will work on existing Neural Machine Translation project where you will have the ability to work on different aspects of the NMT API like behavior and extension of the engine. You will also be responsible for improving the stability, resilience, usability and performance of the API. You will also have a chance to work on Machine Translation open-source framework.
Responsibilities:

Use agile methodologies to develop and enhance the Machine Translation engine API

Improve the scalability, performance and resilience
-
Stress test the API with large volumes of data

Collaborate with the team to work towards resolving security issues
Minimum Qualifications:
-
You must be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or Computing Engineering or other relevant fields

You must either be in your penultimate or final year of studies, and will be graduating in 2023 or 2024

Have a passion for programming, and building resilient APIs
-
Be someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team with high trust
Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of programming languages like Python

Experience with AWS
-
Have excellent problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hands on experience on docker is a plus

Machine Learning is a plus
