WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As Claims Analyst, you are responsible for responding to our FSC on their claims related queries, providing necessary assistance and support to resolve the feedback/complaints.

In this role, you will:

• Manage call out e-appointment to FSC with claims related queries 

• Provide support and assistance to resolve feedback/complaints

• Work with Team Lead to co-ordinate customer survey to develop improvement plan in response to the customer survey

• Work with Team Lead to develop and deliver technical training to FSC

• Assist to register and process claims in accordance with policy benefits

• Work on any other tasks assigned by Team Lead/Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma and above 

• Good insurance knowledge and at least 1-2 years of experience in Health and Life  claims processing and contacting customers with regards to their claims

• Must always be friendly and willing to assist attitude

• Able to handle difficult customer  

• Excellent in written and communication skills

• Take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
