What are the skill sets you look for in fresh graduate applicants?

Aside from competencies and experience relevant to the specific function for which we are recruiting, we also look for talents who are innovative, who dare to be different and embrace their individuality, with a drive to succeed and excel.

Does your company have a structured graduate programme? If so, what advice would you give to graduates wanting to make the most of these programmes?

We do not have any other programme at the moment but we do have some in the pipeline. Stay tune!

How do you identify culture fit during the recruitment process?
