More than 60% of students surveyed say that it is more important for them to be fulfilled than to earn lots of money. “High salary” was also only ranked at #10 out of 20 factors that they prioritise when choosing a graduate employer. But what can recruiters offer towards job fulfilment? Is there anything else graduates should take into account about remuneration before they sign the dotted line?
