After joining L’Oreal Singapore in 2018, he then completed his Masters from NUS in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management, a year later. Today, he is a Demand & Supply Planning Manager leading a team of 2. Prior to L’Oreal, he has close to 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry, and is active in community work and youth empowerment.
Over the last 24 years, he has led teams across the region delivering complex Electrical, Automation and Construction project portfolios across various market segments, including Datacenter, Hospitals, Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining & Metals, Utilities, Waste Water treatment, Power transmission and Renewable energy.
Aditya has a diverse industry experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Contract & Risk Management and Business Processes. In addition, he is passionate about talent management and committed to building strong and diverse teams on a global scale.
Sebastian graduated from NUS with Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Masters of Science. He has more than 15 years of professional experience working in Singapore and Sydney. A registered Professional Engineer and Chartered Engineer, he has visible achievements in high quality civil and structural design, project development, and proven client relationship expertise. He often works on projects that are complex and multi-disciplinary.
He is now an Associate Principal with the Infrastructure Group in Arup Singapore. He leads a team and enjoys mentoring young aspiring engineers in their progress and development.
