Job Description

  • Conduct research and analysis to support policy formulation in the areas of retirement, housing and healthcare
  • Present and publish research findings to share insights on key trends and developments
  • Research social security policies globally and evaluate their relevance to Singapore
  • Leverage on in-house data and/or survey data to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders on retirement and social security research

Requirements

  • A good degree and/or advanced professional qualifications in Economics/Statistics
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably with a track record in public sector research
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and research methodologies. Knowledge of selected statistical software (e.g. Stata, SAS, SPSS) would be an asset
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative research
  • Good communications, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Confidence, resourcefulness and ability to be a fast learner

Bachelor degree
