Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals who will play an important role in supporting and executing the implementation of policies and action plans in tenant management. You will be part of the Airside Concessions team which is in charge of all retail and F&B outlets in the transit area. You will have an account management role in which you will be assigned specific stores/category to manage. This role involves working closely with tenants to come up with initiatives and action plans for sales optimisation, operations and service excellence. You will be in-charge of feedback management, sales analysis, price survey and on ground outlet checks. This includes store’s pre-opening coordination works from store design approval, fit out requirements and monitoring of store renovations to ensure a world class travel retail environment.

Requirements

  • Good Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance/Tourism Studies/Retail Management or other related fields
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience, in mall management, retail industry or service quality
  • Articulate and meticulous with ability to handle multiple tasks assertively and effectively
  • Analytical with strong project management skills
