Job Description

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support
  • Manage calendar and appointments
  • Manage and maintain director's contact database
  • Handle phone calls and draft correspondence
  • Organize and maintain efficient filling system for easy reference 
  • Assist and coordinate in all corporate events 
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned 


  • Candidate must possess at least A levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Prior admin/PA experience preferred
