Job Description

  • We are looking for team members who love making sure things are done well, facts are checked, and patients are satisfied.
  • You will ensure that the foundation administrative tasks are done, so that patients' data are up to date, and they have the correct appointments to see doctors.
  • You will also gain experience in financial counselling and basic billing explanation.
  • Training in hospital IT system is provided.

Requirements

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Equivalent qualifications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Thrives in a busy environment
  • Good team player
  • Experience in customer care or healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Able to work rotating shifts
