We are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern to join our Reward team on an exciting 6 months Internship Program. If you aspire to develop your career in Human Resources, we welcome you to join our vibrant team. The intern will be based in Singapore, reporting to our Reward Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support day-to-day activities and participating in the process of payroll administration, vendor management, client stakeholder management, salary proposal, tax matters and salary review exercise.
  • To exercise strong independence to fulfil timelines, to develop strong organisation skills and communication skills
  • To support the regional compensation team in other mobility matters
  • Learning opportunity to experience working in a regional HR Service Centre
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

The successful candidate will have:

  • Completing or completed their degree in a reputable university.
  • A balanced profile with strong non-academic curriculum interest / CCA
  • Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
  • Resourceful and agile thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Committed and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Application is an added advantage

Working Hours: 8.00am to 4.40pm
