Responsibilities

  • Support the end to end HR operations processes (i.e. on and off-boarding), prepare new hire and leavers’ files, checklists, forms and letters. 
  • Work with relevant support teams and liaise with wider HR team on employee related changes and communications (first and last day triggers).
  • Data administration and basic reporting. Tracking and monitoring employee related changes. 
  • Be responsible for preparing and updating all internal communication via noticeboards and internal / local sites (i.e. Wave page). Keep the internal online events calendar and documents/forms for SEA on Wave updated.
  • General support and administration of HR ops activities i.e., Administration and support in maintaining employee records, including letter preparation, changes in contract and letters distribution, generation of letters for various requests (i.e. visa, employment certification).

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • MUST BE ABLE to commit for 6 months from End June 2018 to First week of January 2019.
  • Excellent organization, administration, adaptability and flexibility to take on new tasks.
  • Discipline and practice high discretion a must as will be exposed to some sensitive and highly confidential data. 
  • Independent, detail oriented with exceptional prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Natural flair for creativity and good technical aptitude to learn new systems. Experience using Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage.
  • Confident contributor with strong interpersonal skills, high energy levels and a positive attitude, mature and most of all, a good sense of humor!
