Keppel Land Management Associate Programme (MAP)
If you wish to embark on a career in the real estate industry with one of Asia's premier developers, gain fundamental understanding of the business and build lasting relationships in the process, Keppel Land may just be the company for you.
The Keppel Land Management Associate Programme is a 24-month programme to develop young talents for the organisation. The Programme, which comprises job rotations, core training and mentoring, is structured to equip the MA with the exposure, knowledge and networks to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel Land.
You will go through 2 rotations typically during the first 6 months of the Programme. The rotations are designed to provide you with multiple perspectives of the customer, function and organisation. Over the next 18 months, you will be deployed to a unit depending on business needs and your career aspiration.

- Property Management.

Core Learning Programmes
The core learning programme is designed to help you to assimilate quickly into the organisation. Over the course of your MAP journey, the following courses have been lined up for you:
- Keppel Land Orientation
- Keppel Group Orientation
- Internal Functional Training
- Introduction to Real Estate
- Values-in-Action Programme
- Understanding Performance Management
You will also have ample opportunities to further enhance your knowledge through functional courses related to your line of work.
You will be assigned a mentor who will provide overall guidance on personal/career development and related matters.
There will also be a Programme Manager who will provide you with HR support during the course of the programme. The Programme Manager will work closely with you to realise your career aspirations and potential.
Your MAP experience will start from the day you sign the offer letter. Even before you officially come onboard, you will be invited to staff events where you will get to meet and interact with colleagues and senior management alike.
You will also be invited to participate in cross-functional task forces, committees and other forums with colleagues from Keppel Group. These are excellent opportunities for networking and developing camaraderie.
You may have what it takes to be a Keppel Land MA if you
- Possess (or expect to graduate with) a 2nd Class Honours/ Cum laude degree in *related disciplines from a good university.
- Have less than 2 years' work experience.
- Have demonstrated leadership potential through involvement in co-curricular activities or personal interest groups.
- Desire to excel in the real estate industry.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a series of selection tests and interviews. The projected timeline is as follows:
Jan - Mar Application and shortlisting
Mar - Selection tests
Mar - Group interview with HR
Apr - Panel interview with management
May - Jul Offer and start work
