The incumbent will work with the payroll team members in the GHRSS dept to support the payroll administration & payroll matters for HK division including year-end tax reporting. He/she would also perform data analysis and run reports in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run reports in SAP to check data quality. (daily, weekly)
  • Perform basic data analysis via excel like vlookup, pivot table. (daily, weekly)
  • Assist in data collection when needed. (Ad-hoc)
  • Mailing of payslips and tax forms. (weekly)
  • Payslip printing, sealing and distribution. (weekly)
  • Attend to email requests for payslips, payroll reports. (daily, weekly)
  • Attend to tickets on address and allowances changes. (weekly)
  • Assist in payroll matters, as required. (ad-hoc)
  • Review, organize and file tickets. (weekly)
  • Attend to HK year-end tax reporting. (yearly, ad-hoc)
  • Archive old files, records after-tax reporting.
  • Assist in generating reports as needed. (ad-hoc)

Key Requirements

  • Must be conversant with Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Data sensitive to the ability to analyse data.
  • Fresh graduate, or 2-3 years of work experience in HR Shared services environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details.
