Job Description

  • Perform Java / J2EE development (front to back) and design exposure, with other required technologies mentioned below.
  • Participate to the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support.
  • Work with the Business Analyst and Solution architects to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical solutions in the application.
  • Working on Customer Relation Management (CRM) Applications ( / Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Customizing applications to specific business needs
  • Implementation of CRM into the respective business functions
  • Understanding Business Processes and Interaction with Business Users
  • Other tasks as directed


  • Diploma / Bachelor in Technology related fields
  • Good understanding of Java related languages
  • Basic knowledge on Consumer / Marketing functions
  • Database (in relationship to CRM software)
  • Passion for continuing to upgrade technical skills & knowledge
  • Positive mind / Can-do attitude
  • Desire to continue personal development
