Reporting to the Manager of the Seletar Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for upholding the high standards of facilities within Seletar Airport. You will be supervising the building and maintenance contractors in the areas of cleaning services and minor repair works, pest control and waste management within and outside Seletar Airport terminal building, implementing building improvement projects and building A&A (alteration & addition) work, as well as processing renovation applications of airport tenants and other associated building services. You will monitor the flow of administrative works, contractor’s performance, providing solutions to building related distress and also innovate productivity in the current maintenance regime. You are required to prepare documents for tender/quotation calling for Capex and Opex projects. You will need to identify and implement improvement works to enhance the facilities to support operation needs and support colleagues in other airport expansion projects. You may be trained to conduct the friction checks on the Seletar Runway.

Requirements

  • Good Degree/Diploma in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate Business or Property Development & Facilities Management with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience

  • Able to perform assigned duty after office hours
  • Must possess Class 3 driving licence, preferably be trained and able to obtain the airport driving permit within the specified time
