As part of the external systems team, you will be managing contractors for the operations and maintenance of Cargo Agent Buildings Facility Management, Mechanical & Electrical Systems. Your role includes the preparation of specifications, documents and drawings for tenders/quotations of CAPEX and OPEX projects as well as managing the term maintenance and project contractors’ performance, safety and productivity. You will also be implementing improvement works to enhance the facilities to support operational needs and also support colleagues from other divisions/clusters in various ad-hoc projects and events.

Requirements

  • Degree in Facility Management or Building Services and preferably with 3 years of related facilities management and building services experience in water proofing, plumbing and sanitary, cleaning and vector control management, low tension electrical system & fire protection system.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, AutoCAD/CAD software with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Able to investigate, analyse and determine root cause of breakdowns and faults.
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong leaderships skills, analytical and organisation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral  communication skills and excels in stakeholder management.
