Job Description

  • Provide second-level technical operational assistance to end users in troubleshooting and resolving complex end user access problems
  • Design, manage and maintain the highly available and secure virtual hosted desktop infrastructure; and desktop software management and distribution systems
  • Collect information, simulate failures and analyse to determine root cause
  • Manage the configuration baseline for end users' computing terminals and establish, maintain and audit technical procedures
  • Plan and manage system lifecycle activities including license and contract management for end user access systems
  • Lead as project manager to plan and execute infrastructure projects in the area of end user access
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge management efforts to ensure operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enable continuous innovation within the end user access infrastructure


  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in end user access
  • Experienced in managing software management and virtual hosted desktop infrastructure
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
