The CPF Board are trustees for the CPF savings of Members. We aim to provide CPF Members, in a cost-effective manner, the widest range of quality services possible. We seek also to help employers pay CPF contributions promptly and correctly in as efficient and convenient a way as possible. Where we can, we make our assets and services available to help meet Singapore's social and economic objectives, thereby improving the quality of life of all Singaporeans and CPF Members.

Dept : Customer Contact Centre Department (CCC)

You play a vital role in creating memorable experience for our CPF members. You will be our Star Ambassador, a champion for customer service and making our customers feel like stars.

In CCC, our Customer Service Executives assist CPF members in making important decisions regarding their retirement, housing and healthcare needs. We offer you the space to fulfill your aspirations.

  • Provide personalised service to manage CPF members' enquiries on CPF schemes and services over the telephone at our various call-centre. Help CPF members make informed choices about their CPF savings.
  • Create good customer experience through effective service delivery, easy-to-use platforms and with an empathetic mindset.

Required Attributes

  • A good tertiary qualification (minimally diploma graduates) with at least 1 year of experience in customer service (i.e. phone calls, face-to-face contact, or emails) in the service/hospitality industry are preferred.  Recent graduates with an interest in customer care are also welcomed to apply.
  • Pleasant disposition with positive attitude and strong resilience.
  • Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
