Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals and timelines while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Execute on digital programs through available marketing tactics
  • Brand and Content review on customer-facing marketing collateral
  • Provide central view of team’s marketing campaign dates
  • Facilitate event sponsorship agreements
  • Understanding of how web and digital marketing applications work, perform and scale.
  • Have superb troubleshooting and problem analysis skills plus the ability to follow through and execute on these applications.
  • Communicate professionally with their team and other teams, knowing when to contribute and when to listen.

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical background in computer science or MIS is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - high-tech products/services preferred.
  • Proven success in doing project management and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment.
  • The role is based in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in crafting the highest standard customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the target audience.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer service experience.
