Job Description

You manage training resources, training administration and unit operations. On this, you manage internal training and administrative facilities, as well as plan and consolidate resources to support local training. Additionally, you compile training reports and workplan, and assist in the formulation and management of the Unit Consequence Management Plans. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of the changing training landscape, and working effectively under high tempo.

Requirements

You must have a tertiary qualification, with relevant work experience in managing and coordinating training resources. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
