Job Description

You manage and administer sales and marketing functions, as well as branding and publicity activities, to support and achieve the Singapore Armed Forces Music & Drama Company's (SAF MDC) corporate objectives. On this, you identify opportunities that MDC can leverage to raise its public profile. You also manage the marketing budget, oversee the production and distribution of collaterals, as well as initiate and implement publicity programmes. In addition, you provide administrative assistance in managing show enquires and bookings. Your challenge lies in setting sound branding, publicity and marketing strategies, and addressing clients' concerns in an effective and confident manner.


You must have a tertiary qualification in mass communication or social sciences, preferably with 1 to 2 years' experience in public relations or marketing. You must have a good command of English language, and be able to work independently and in teams. You should be creative, open to new challenges, and work well under pressure. Possession of good planning, interpersonal skills is required. Web/graphic design skills, and a good network of contacts in other ministries or the public relations industry is advantageous.
