Job Description

You work with stakeholders in the organisation's finance community to identify knowledge and skill gaps so as to develop and deliver effective training and communication initiatives across multiple platforms. To this end, you create and manage training and communication development plans, objectives and content based on strategic priorities and identified gaps. You also manage the finance website, which include identifying content, moderating conversations, answering queries and collaborating with stakeholders and partners to manage updates. Your challenge lies in being innovative and creative in the development of training and web content. 


You must have a tertiary qualification in arts and social sciences, business administration, mass communication, finance or economics, preferably with 2 years' experience in business, finance or training pedagogy. Possession of strong writing, communication and analytical skills is advantageous.
