Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring that all goods and services are procured according to established Hospital policies.
  • Draft tenders/RFQ.
  • Obtain quotations, involved in quote evaluations, negotiation, raise orders/contracts, monitor PO deliveries & contracts expiry.


  • Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic)
  • At least 1-2 years purchasing experience.
  • Self-starter, resourceful & a good team player
  • Attention to details
  • An eye for figures
  • Good communications & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to write simple technical specifications is preferred
