Job Description

  • Develop and grow ‘New’ sales in both Corporate and Consumer segments
  • Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, cold calling, following up on marketing events, attending networking events and converting leads to sales opportunities
  • Work closely with product providers
  • Assessing client’s needs and risk profile by gathering information from the clients
  • Matching of products to clients according to their needs, negotiating the terms and costs with product providers
  • Upkeep professional after-sales servicing to ensure good relationship with client for renewal and to facilitate cross-selling activities
  • Follow the Raffles Provident sales process, including regular sales activity and branding standards
  • Achieve revenue target
  • Ensure that client’s interests and needs are placed as priority
  • Perform other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Good networking skills and like meeting people
  • Highly motivated, results driven, team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn and constantly upgrading skills (training will be provided)
  • Possession of General Insurance Certs (ComGI, PGI, BCP) & CMFAS Health Insurance is a bonus
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PR
