Job Description

As part of the HR Management team, you will play a strategic and operational role to formulate and implement HR policies in the Ministry so as to foster a motivated workforce and optimise the use of manpower resources to achieve the Ministry's goals and values. You will partner business units in the Ministry as well as partner the Public Service Division and other government agencies to review and implement HR policies and processes. Key areas of responsibilities include providing advice on benefits policies, HR system solutions, HR analytics and processing of board appointments.

Requirements

You should have/be:

  • A Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience as a HR professional
  • A passion for HR work, a desire to serve people and a commitment to excellence
  • Strong analytical ability and a forward looking mind
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR data analytics is advantageous
  • A team player
