Job Description

Reporting to Senior Manager, IT Ops, you will be responsible for the day to day effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems operations, of our Navitaire Passenger Service System (Platform). You will also manage principal vendor (Navitaire) of all incidents, investigation and providing solutions to projects/enhancements/issues/business enquiries that are required for the smooth running of business operations in the company.


  • Provide comprehensive support for operational problems, working with internal departments and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve issues that arise in the course of day-to-day operations. 
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, understanding of new skies system and provide 24/7 system support standby on new skies system for DCS. 
  • Administer user access and carry out regular system audits in compliance with the business’ security policy eg review user roles and access levels within the reservation system.
  • Ensure timely and precise New Skies server code upgrade with Navitaire.
  • Support for applications and services comprising the PSS system.
  • Configure & Maintain Roles, APIs, Payment Gateways, DCC, etc.
  • Meeting SLA resolved & response to ensure maximum system uptime and achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor the health and uptime of online payment processing services.
  • Liaise closely with ARINC and SITA to deliver technical solutions within stipulated timeframe, reporting and documentation.
  • Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for internal team members and prepare weekly project update reports on the Airline Systems 
  • Responsible for government and security messaging requirements for airline to operate in particular country we are flying to. 
  • Facilitate, educate and support end-users on system best practices, and maintain good rapport with business units within the Company.

  • Degree in Computer Science/IT related or Diploma in Computer Science/IT with relevant number of experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in airline and operational support, Navitaire New Skies suite of utilities (SkySpeed, Sky Fare, SkySchedule, SkyPort, SkyPrice, etc) is advantageous.
  • Have practical experience in application support, fault analysis and troubleshooting and be comfortable supporting application users across various business units.
